The location was peaceful and ideal and the free parking was onsite. We appreciated rooms with large windows facing the garden. The service was all in all excellent.

the hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were spotlessly clean and ideal with amazing views. its excellent, central location was a plus. there was an in-house restaurant nearby.

This hotel was reasonable base for exploring New Delhi, thoroughly enjoyed it. Stayed in soothing a double room with the park view. Location: the venue was right by other famous eateries as well as Karol Bagh main market. The total experience was very comfortable, I recommend.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Karol Bagh market. The location is perfect, right in the busy Karol Bagh area of Delhi. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always going out of their way to assist us, even providing an early breakfast and helping us book an Uber. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean ambience and a lovely view of the garden.

No negatives at all. Everything was absolutely fine during our stay.

Particularly good location for our needs, short walk to the metro in Karol Bagh, safe area with lots of shops, and Karol Bagh markets. Also, near main bazaar.

The location is favourable and absolutely perfect, relatively near Vivekanand Park.

The hotel was located in a very central area, close to shops and restaurants. The metro station was conveniently close and made it easy for us to travel around the city. We were happy to find that the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee in our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The bathroom wasn't in great condition and required some renovation. We also noticed that the walls were thin and we could hear noise from other rooms.

the AC and fan in my room were in perfect working condition, ensuring that I stayed cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The size of the room was also impressive, and I loved the view towards the little park. Another thoughtful feature was the small fridge in the room, where I could conveniently store my drinks overnight. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful, especially in arranging a taxi for me at a very affordable price compared to my previous experience. The location of the hotel in the bustling Karol Bagh area of Delhi was another plus point, making it easy for me to explore the surroundings and access the nearby Karol Bagh metro station.

Despite its many positives, I found that the noise levels at night could be a bit disruptive. There were times when external factors like dogs barking and people talking loudly in the hotel corridor disturbed my sleep, especially after midnight.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and attentive staff, good location near shopping areas, comfortable bed, prompt service.

Nothing to complain about at all.
